MOMENTARILY FORGETTING OUR SNUGGLY FLAT
Clearly insane weather sneaked into our backyard and I couldn't help but add our share of snow fun here (have you noticed we still keep our baby Christmas tree? I just can't bring myself to part with it unless I had a garden to plant it in...). I guess this kind of winter fun is the best - not overly planned or fussy, just grab your coat, warm gloves and stomp your feet or lie diagonally on the white surface! Funnily enough, waiting for the first balmy sign of spring I welcome every snowflake squeezed into cracks in pavement, alleys and paths nearby with child-like excitement.
I'll leave you with first (and only?) snow-hugged day this season and suffer my newly pierced ears. Nadia was a brave girl but her mama is one hardly-pain-bearing soul and had a few odd moments of post-piercing trauma. Not really looking forward to sleep on my left side...

ReplyDeleteIt's another girlie thing we will share - losing ourselves in jewellery stores. But not before my ears get back to their better selves ;)
