^^ Local treasure has to always be coming back at the seaside and admire the views... or Red Arrow planes ^^

And even if it does we're already prepared for those English moody skies. Today was no exception and layers of clothing saved us from catching more infections that we've been through this spring. So we walked around in the blowing wind exploring the seaside once again and showing my brother hidden gems of tiny hotels hidden between pine trees. With him in tow I discover my town all over again, explain differences between both countries making him fall in love with this place almost instantly.

With determination and excitement I kept filling up our agenda with various activities for the past month as if wanting to pause the time and without taking breath see it all, do it all and somehow came to the point of having too much of it all. I spoke here about my over-protective controlling nature which finally has been hit to the core - I was reminded that exciting doesn't have to feel overwhelmed, protective also means understanding and that support includes a lot of empowerment. Whatever the outcome of my brother's little journey on English soil might be, our fun ride among all things go-go-go is most important. Listening to this shy guy of mine has taught me to never speed things up more than he wants to even tempted to do it my way. I'll just step back and watch him from the side. Because that's what big sisters do.

    1. Old English houses are growing behind the trees on most of the streets. Spotting them is our latest game :)
