║today my way║

It's difficult for spring to eventually settle down after a long winter but once it's come, days are blessed with endless sunlight and warmth to match our needs. Another spring around best landscapes imaginable finds me happily dissolving yeast, kneading the dough and formatting chunky croissants. Is it because my laptop is getting fixed and I can dedicate my spare time to more homely activities? My mission is to satisfy as many taste buds as possible with my new found delicious activity. Sweet, fluffy and buttery croissants never made anyone leave empty handed.

Surely but shyly warmer front is coming home with us each evening and stays for longer each day so it's natural to start making holiday plans and fill in those work holiday requests which can still be fun if it's only reasonably close to the departure date. However working in a tourist seeking department I found out I might not be able to take off that soon and rather wait until autumn months. But two weeks of summer sun surely is not asking for too much? Persuasive skills come to the rescue!

SOMETHING ELSE IN MIND

It's hard to believe it's almost holiday time. In that spirit we try to use up our days wisely and explore further and nearer destinations. Looking longingly at Monkey World's leaflet for some time, we finally gotten to visit that quite famous place around here. Covering surprisingly big area it is a wonderful family spot with play pits and snack stops which we enjoyed to a minimum extent. A definite must-see when carrying our bundle of joy, otherwise it is slightly overcrowded and too noisy for romantic walks and loving whispers. Above all we enjoyed the weather and the views and all in all it was a successful escapade.

Back to the real life my thoughts are with my family in Poland hoping for my grandma suffering from sciatica (pain in the lower back and hip) to get well pretty soon. It's been a while since she started feeling unwell and not being able to support my relatives due to living thousand of miles away gives me nightmares. I'm hoping for happy news.
